How It Works
1. Send Us Your Gold
You can mail your pieces or bring them in person to our studio. Get in touch first to schedule a drop-off. The jewelry doesn’t have to be perfect — we can work with pieces in any condition.
2. Weigh & Test
We carefully verify purity and weight, then calculate value using the live market gold price.
3. Choose Your Credit
- 80% Store Credit — Sell your gold and receive 80% of its market value as a Dea Dia gift card, redeemable toward any piece in the collection. With gold at record highs, this credit goes further than you might expect.
- Custom Commission — The more meaningful option. Your gold becomes the raw material for something completely new — a piece designed and cast by Jessica specifically for you. Because you're supplying the metal, you save on material cost. Any leftover gold is returned to you, or held as credit toward a future project.
We do not offer cash payouts. Credits are issued as Dea Dia gift cards or applied directly toward custom projects.

What We Accept
10k, 14k, 18k and higher gold jewelry in any condition.
Earrings (single or pair), rings, chains, pendants, or scrap gold
Pieces with stones — we’ll remove them carefully. If you’d like the stones returned or reused, please note that in your submission.
FAQ
Do you accept plated or gold-filled jewelry?
No — only solid gold 10k gold and above.
Can I get cash instead of credit?
No, our program is intentionally circular. We offer store or custom credit only.
Can I bring my gold in person?
Yes — reach out first to schedule a time at the studio.
How long does the process take?
We will weigh and test your metal within 1-2 weeks and let you know the current value. At that time, we can issue you a credit. If you decide to commission a custom piece, the custom process can take anywhere from 4-10 weeks depending on the complexity of the project and our schedule.
Can you use my gold in my custom piece?
In many cases, yes. We can melt and reuse your metal in-house or refine it for casting new work.
What if there's gold left over after my custom piece?
Any remaining metal is yours. We'll return it to you or hold it as credit toward a future project — just let us know your preference.
