FAQ
How long does a custom piece take?
4-16 weeks depending on complexity: allowing time for stone sourcing, design, casting, and finishing. Rush orders may be available on a per-project basis.
What materials do you use?
Most of our custom projects use recycled gold (14k, 18k or 22k) and ethical gemstones sourced from our network of trusted stone suppliers. Platinum and mixed metals are also available upon request.
Do you work with heirloom stones? What about my existing gold?
Yes—bringing old treasures into new life is one of our favorite parts of the process.
What is the investment?
Custom projects in 14k gold and higher typically start at $3000. Diamond engagement rings start at $5000. The price of gold is at a record high this year so please keep this in mind when thinking about your budget. We may be able to make accommodations for a lower budget if we are simply modifying an existing design or recycling some of your gold.
If you are looking for a custom piece in silver or mixed metals, the investment will typically be lower. Please message us to talk details.
