Nasya is a daily ayurvedic practice of using herbal oil to lubricate, protect, moisturize and clear our nasal passageways so that we can relieve symptoms of anxiety, depression, ADHD, fogginess of the mind, allergies and promote good health, clarity of mind and a clear channel to take in fresh prana. 1oz. how to use: daily use: place 1-2 drops on clean fingertip & apply into the nostril. Or with your head tilted back, place 1-2 drops inside your nasal passageway and gently breathe in. Repeat on the opposite side. Weekly use: with head tilted back, apply 3-5 drops of oil into the nostril. Inhale deeply. Repeat on the opposite side. Please note: if you are using a neti pot, always follow up with nasya oil. Wait until your nasal passageways are dry after using your neti pot before using nasya. This usually takes just a few minutes. **These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA. About Us
Ancient Alchemy
We utilize the ancient art of lost wax casting to create our jewelry. All jewelry is cast in our Joshua Tree studio by owner Jessica. This is both a highly technical & alchemical process in which molten metal is turned into solid jewelry. Learn more in the video below.

Dea Dia jewelry is designed & produced in house by owner and self-taught jewelry artist Jessica Lawson. Utilizing hands-on methods such as wax carving, metalsmithing, and casting, each piece of jewelry is handcrafted with heart and soul.
Ethical & Sustainable
We create our jewelry on a made to order basis to reduce waste and exclusively use post-consumer recycled metals in our designs. Orders take 2-4 weeks to ship. We plant two trees for every order and all shipping materials are recyclable or reusable.
